Hi Sarah (& all),
‘Kiosk’ mode is built-in to iOS so no additional app is required. It is also very easy to restrict an iPad to specific functions. We invariably do this when installing them in museums, to ensure nobody does anything silly!
Look on the help section of the Apple website for a guide to how to set your iPad up. If you get stuck I could pop in the next time I’m passing by Brilliant Barnsley on the M1.
