Thank you Colleen,
I support the goal of listening and supporting inclusion for all, and I
share your perception that this is what most list members want.
In support of that goal I am asking questions and I am trying to listen
carefully to the answers. I have no intention of starting an argument. One
of the ways I’ve learned to listen is to reflect back what I heard to make
sure I got it right before responding.
If it feels to you like I’m arguing, then I’m doing something wrong, and
would appreciate your feedback, publicly or privately, about how I could
participate in a way that feels less argumentative.
