Hi,
Do you really need replica bones? If you are looking for domestic species it may be easier to prepare your own specimens. many archaeological units and archaeozoologists do this for their comparative collections. There are various way to do it but I have successfully defleshed a large pike using biological washing powder (the enzymes in it digest protein).
You could also ask your local archaeological unit if they have any unstratified animal bones that you could have. These can create a great handling collection and give real examples of the sort of evidence archaeologists deal with.
I'm not sure where you are based but there are various archaezoological labs around the country who may be able to give advice and help.
Best wishes
Pippa
