Hi Katherine,
We also have challenging groups here and which usually works is asking them to step outside until they are ready.
This is our job so we are find doing this all day long whilst they want to get it done and go away asap.
So who is gonna give up first? We usually ask them to step outside very politely so it's even more painful for them.

Subject: Online testing
Hi all
Just wondering what the rules are in regards to tutors being allowed in the room whilst their students are taking an online test? We have a few challenging groups of students and our invigilator was wondering if we could allow the tutor in the room to help.
I understand that they are not allowed in the room for academic paper exams but was wondering if this is the same for online.
Many thanks
