Dear All,
We are finding that more and more often visiting school groups have not read the booking information and, increasingly, that we are having groups arrive without the minimum adult: pupil ratio that we specify. The later is of particular concern as visiting groups have to be divided up quite a bit over the course of the visit and, without adequate adult numbers, it is conceivable that a school group could end up without a visiting adult with them.
I was hoping that some of you would have some suggestions as to how to get teachers to see/ read the paperwork and have some hints on how you manage supervision ratios.
Thanks,
Annette
