Hello,
We are also using nationwide Books. Apart from the need for a good
number of boxes before they collect, we've had no issues so far. We've
only had two collections so maybe too early to judge.
Graham.

HI Jane
At Rotherham we are currently using Nationwide Bookbuyers, we are having
a few issues. They seem to have a few transport issues and don't always
do pick ups as promised. As we have limited space we struggle with this
and staff time is often wasted. They will only pick up a minimum of 25
boxes and a lot of libraries don't have this amount so we have to use
the internal van service which we are also trying to cut down due to
pressures on spending etc.
The last couple of times they have picked up less than 25, even though
we had 25+ boxes to pick up and when asked if this is the case could
they go to libraries with less but they are sticking to a 25 minimum.
If possible we would be interested in your results as to the other ways
authorities dispose of stock as they might be more efficient.
Thanks
Sam
