I've just had a look at these things and all I can say is what a lot a
load of you know what. Nobody writes 'texts': we write poems, and they
get put into text, that's what you have to do. In an ideal world
nobody would have to write poetry, because we'd all be able to say
what we cannot talk about. Yup, poems stay about in the world as
texts, but that isn't how things should be.
