Hello,
Just wondering for those of you that are in the office in the next half hour - do any of you provide guidelines for group visits that are focused on improving behaviour?
I've just seen that this is coming up in discussion in a meeting this morning. I feel strongly that information sent to groups should be focused on helping them with their visit, and not to have a negative slant.
I hasten to add that it's not that we've had lots of hideous group visits - just differing expectations from staff.
Would just be interesting to hear if you have been through something similar.
Thanks
Bryony
