Dear All,
I have just searched the archives and found a discussion about photo
consent forms from June 2005, but I wonder whether there is any more recent
legal documentation surrounding photo consent forms for use of images of
children doing projects being put on the web. I have various examples of
things that galleries use already, but most seem to just be documents
written and filed in-house - is this enough, and what do galleries actually
do with the forms other than file them away? Is there a limited time-scale
for which photos can be used, and if so how can this be monitored?
Many thanks,
Alex
