Good morning,
Currently we admit un-booked groups, but they have to
wait for any pre-booked visitors to enter the museum first.
Does anybody send un-booked groups away and if so, has this ever
caused any problems. I know this sounds very straight forward, but we
are trying to update our entrance policy and un-booked groups hae caused
rather a lot of discussion, so I would find it very helpful to know what
some other museums do.
Thank you,
Jane Salter
