I've also found that teachers of KS1 to 3 will also want you to refer to
the QCA schemes of work. You can give links to each specific scheme in
any education plan/leaflets/teachers packs.
It can be found here

Subject: Re: National Curriculum and the Silk Road
There isn't a UK National Curriculum. Each country has slightly
different arrangements. It depends what the "reach" of your material is
intended to be.
The QCA [Qualifications and Curriculum Agency] maintains the National
Curriculum for England at the National Curriculum Online
http://www.nc.uk.net/webdav/harmonise?Page/@id=6016
The respective exam boards in England publish the syllabuses for
Examinations
Learning and Teaching Scotland maintains guidelines for 5-14 in Scotland
at http://www.ltscotland.org.uk/5to14/
and the SQA [Scottish Qualifications Authority] has details of the
National Syllabuses for National certificates in Scotland
http://www.sqa.org.uk/sqa/1.html
In Wales, the Curriculum Body has been merged with Department for
Education Lifelong Learning and Skills (DELLS) and details are here:
http://new.wales.gov.uk/topics/educationandskills/?lang=en
In Northern Ireland, the body is the Council for Curriculum,
Examinations and Assessment http://www.ccea.org.uk/
and the detailed curriculum website is http://www.nicurriculum.org.uk/
