Delightful, Alan! And pretty comprehensive, too. It is hard
to think of what else may be needed.
There is already strong legislation against discrimination,
and current Government policy is clearly oriented to ensure
regression to mediocrity (so that's legal).
The only thing I can come up with is a suggestion that the
current status of things like Anti-Terrorism legislation,
Education reform, Child Support, Tax Credits, and IT projects
should be swept into the broad category of Generalised Mixed
Muddles, and treated accordingly.
