Ursula raises an interesting issue.
Does this mean that the NUJ has any sanction when journalists overstep the
mark - as they frequently do? Could they withdraw someone's union card so
they can't work - or would this just be a meaningless gesture and send
more journos to the irresponsible employers?
Could they be persuaded so to do by some policy change?
