Phone call just received in department from junior medic:-
I need to take a sample for Troponin assay but the protocol says it must
be taken >12hrs after chest pain. Will it be alright if I take it now
and send it to the lab once 12 hrs have elapsed.
Give me strength! Are people taught to think anymore?
