In the Sarum calendar, a Major double feast. The Missal and some calendars
say, "No Memorial" - other calendars say "Memorial of the martyrs silently".
This is one of the new-fangled feasts introduced in the fifteenth century
(1480 in this case), like the Name of Jesus discussed in another thread. It
displaced the following feast, which, however, retains its Mass and Office
in service books:
Processus and Martinian. In the Sarum calendar, a Feast without rulers,
with double Invitatory.
A sort of "1969" situation, really...
