In a perverse sort of "regional role reversal" London seems to be doing
better than the rest of the country these days. We achieved 97% for the
third quarter of the year despite an 8% increase
--> Adrian. I think the main theme is the increase in workload, rather than
the drop in 4-hour achievement, mainly because the latter is about to be
scrapped while the former will only get worse probably. We're on 98.5% and
improving, but our workload increase has been more gradual, so we may well
be hit with more later. Other factors here probably play a role in
target-achievement more than they do elsewhere, including London.
