#1: Looks like a fair study, though the report is not easy to
interpret with clarity.
#2: At least this is open about the statistical methodology.
It also has a reference to

referring to when you say "You can get the police accident

for me! In fact, for anyone else who's interested in this area of
information from DFT, the place to start groping is

(which is how far I had to back up from these references before
being allowed in).
