This could be a coeliac disease with IgA deficiency, but the IgG
anti-gliadin has poor sensitivity and specificity for coeliac disease (about
50% and 60% respectively if IgA level is normal).
I would recommend measuring IgA. If the IgA is normal there is a low
probablity of coeliac.
If the IgA is very low check IgG anti-tTG or IgG anti-endomysium. If either
of these are raised in the presence of IgA deficiency the probability of
coeliac disease is high.
