Creating Learning Journeys
Tyne and Wear Museums would like to invite you to an informal elearning
group meeting at the Hancock Museum in Newcastle Upon Tyne on June 18th.
Many NOF funded projects are developing learning resources for the web
based on the content of their website. Tyne and Wear Museums' IMAGINE
project has come up with several ideas they hope to develop, and is
currently creating a pilot learning journey in house.
Suggested discussion points:
What is a learning journey?
Writing for the web
Storyboarding ideas
Working in collaboration with curators
Working across departments and sites (Archaeology, Art, History and Natural
Sciences)
Working with Educational staff
Working with web designers
