We have a copy of Philips's Handy Administrative Atlas of England and Wales ...
showing local government and parliamentary divisions [1932]
This is a series of county maps showing borough, U.D and R.D. boundaries, at
various scales ranging from c. 1 inch to 2 miles (London) to c. 1 inch to 12
miles (North and East Ridings of Yorkshire). There are enlargements of some
congested areas.
I can't vouch for its accuracy; at least some of the maps appear to be 1928 or
earlier, but an appendix includes 1931 census data. The Birmingham constituency
map names an otherwise unknown Hockley constituency, but this is corrected on a
subsequent corrigenda page.
