medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
I have not been following this thread in detail, but I have just unearthed an intriguing work by Sandor Ritz, S.J., "The Supreme
Creation of the Past, Present, and Future. The Everlasting Temple of
Santo Stefano Rotondo in Roma. The New Jerusalem of the Book of
Revelation". No publisher given; looks like a bit of samizdat
publishing. No date, but it was given to me decades ago - and I am a
piece of ancient architecture myself. 1970 or thereabouts? Full of
diagrams, plans and biblical texts, plus bibliography. It might not
photocopy very well.
