LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER IN QUANTITATIVE MARKETING
The position within the Department of Management Science is to develop
research and teaching, preferably in quantitative marketing analysis or
forecasting. The post could be filled by somebody from a variety of
backgrounds such as econometrics, marketing, statistics or operational
research. There are many teaching and research links to the rest of the
Maangement School which holds a TQA rating of Excellent for teaching
and an RAE rating of 5*. Our MSc course is supported by the EPSRC as
a Masters Training Package.
It is desirable that candidates at lecturer level should have a PhD
or be close to its completion, but we are also interested in
practitioners who wish to develop an academic career. The ideal
candidate will already have a strong interest in marketing, but other
well-qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
