Lesha,
We've found a lot of "records in use" reported while printing/emailing
notices recently but couldn't figure out why. As soon as students
returned from the Easter break it became apparent that this could happen
not only with WebOPAC renewals but also with renewals by staff.
We reported the problem with examples to the helpdesk on Tuesday and
within hours I had a phone call to say that a fix had just become
available. They also ran a utility to free any records trapped in this
way.
Email or call the helpdesk and they should be able to fix the problem.
