Michael,
Perhaps we will all have a chance to think about and respond to the
governments proposals in due course. I'm sure most of us were doing what we
normally do on a Wednesday morning after any budget....trying to open up and
deliver services to the public. Gordon may have spoken, but the world it
goes on!
