Hi,
>From someone who lives a long way from London I always thought LU will be
the next public utility to go for private funding .... the better it
looks ... the more the funding etc.
Your infringement of copyright is not necessarily in linking to a
particular page (it may very well be if its owner thinks so). It has
more to do with not being able to call the left frame which the owner of
the site may class as important.
I posted a question on web-support asking how could one point to a
"framed" site. I got no responses ... thus I summize noone knows.
My view is that the site has to be displayed in the particular way its
owner wants it used. If one of its frames was not dropped then for all we
know they may not have complained.
Regards
Charles
BTW. Their site also works without frames (!) which means that my
argument is not strong enough ... this before anyone tells me.
