I am Anita Hatfield, Consultant in Public Health and Medical Care
Epidemiology from Leeds, and very involved in outcomes of cancer care. I am
about to attend a Teaching Evidenced Based Health Care course, with a view
to teaching critical appraisal skills and thus joined the list.
What evidence is there that teaching CAS has the ability to change doctors'
gut instincts about certain treatments (if the gut feelings don't match the
evidence)?
