Would it not be useful to distinguisg SCHEMES which exist and are approved
outside the Dublin Core 'registry' (or whatever controls DC); and ROLEs or
TYPEs which are defined within DC documentation? In other words SCHEMEs
are things like UDC, LC subject headings; and ROLES might be host, editor
etc and TYPE could be organisation, personal name.
