Dear GEM Members
I would be interested to know if other Learning Teams in museums and galleries on the GEM list are using TOR Systems’ Maxim? We are currently closed for a renovation and reviewing how we can use Tor functionalities better, in a way to help our small but busy team when we re-open next year..
If so, my team are particularly interested in hearing about your experience using it in relation to Learning Departments’ activity and group bookings. My team runs a range of schools, family and community activity in different locations across our galleries and sites (e.g galleries, seminar rooms, lecture theatres, meetings room and then offsite in schools and in the community).
1. Do you find the system works well for taking group bookings ?
2. Do you find the system works well for recording/reporting on your programmed activities?
3. Are there aspects that work well?
4. And conversely, aspects that don’t work particularly well?
Any feedback on your experience would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
