Hi GEMers,
We are looking as the way we deliver workshops going forward. We are considering using casual session leaders to support regular museum staff but would like to find out more from those who have experience in using this format. Is anyone willing to help us? It would be great to know more about the following:
How many leaders you have on the books?
How many sessions they run a week?
What’s the current rate of pay?
What training is involved, also what qualifications do they require?
Finally is anyone willing to share a old job description?
I know it’s a lot of questions but at the moment we have a lot to consider. I am happy to circulate information if contributors are happy for it to be circulated.
Many thanks for your help, Oliver
