Dear FSLers,
I am having issues running FSL commands (same version) that work well on MAC OS 10.12.6 on Ubuntu 16.04.5 (xenial).
FSL on MAC OS is working fine. I have recently installed FSL on my new Ubuntu machine and followed the recommendations on the wiki page. Initially, only the GUI worked but not some of the commands. I installed the libopenblas libraries as this was recommended here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/53138650/problems-about-installing-fsl-6-0-on-ubuntu-18-04
But this hasn't resolved the issue.
For example, If I run flirt (verson 6.0 on both machines), I get no error on MAC and the following error on Ubuntu.
flirt -in s_PA_brain.nii.gz -ref s_AP5vols_brain.nii.gz -out s_PA_2_s_AP -omat s_PA_2_s_AP.mat \
-bins 256 -cost normcorr -searchrx -90 90 -searchry -90 90 -searchrz -90 90 -dof 12 -interp trilinear
Image exception #75: 3D only method called by higher-dimensional volume.
If I run BET on Ubuntu, it doesn't give me an error but it doesn't output any file. If I type flirt -version, I get the version number OK.
I am assuming there are some issues with the libraries installed but I am quite confused and stuck. I would be very grateful for any advice!
Thanks, Flavia
