Hello FSL users,
I am very new to the software and am attempting to perform some TBSS analyses. The design of my experiment is as follows. I have one subject from whom I collected DTI data before and after an intervention. I would like to submit this data into a GLM using a paired T-test in order to test for differences before and after intervention. I tried the defaults for the GLM wizard, submitted a randomise command, and was informed that the "Critical Value for: ______ is: 0". When I checked my results, I saw that no clusters were deemed significantly different. Before I conclude that the intervention did not change FA values, I wanted to confirm that my syntax was correct for these final steps.
In particular, I want to verify that my GLM is built correctly, and to verify that my randomise command has the proper syntax for TBSS analysis. I've attached a screenshot of the EVs tab of the GLM window. The randomise command I used is as follows:
ranomise -i all_FA_skeletonized.nii.gz -o outputname -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask -d design.mat -t design.com -c 1.5
Can anyone confirm if these are correct?
Thanks,
Matthew Heard
