Hello,
I have a question about parametric analysis in FSL. Here's the data I have: Timepoint 1 and Timepoint 2 fMRI data collected while participants complete a reasoning task, as well as the behavioral performance scores for that task. I want to see where in the brain increases in activity (from T1 to T2) are correlated to increased behavioral performance (from T1 to T2). What is the best way to do this in FSL? I was thinking of putting all the participants' data in FSL in the following order:
Subj1 T1
Subj1 T2
Subj2 T1
Subj2 T2
And then having a second EV that contrasts T2>T1. So:
-1
1
-1
1
But how do I incorporate the change in behavioral scores here? Do I add them as an EV and multiple it times the 2nd Ev that denotes T2>T1 for the fMRI data?
Thanks in advance for your help!
