Hi all
I'm currently doing a bit of research into how other museums and organisations run their Outreach programme - particularly in terms of staffing -
and wondered if anyone would be willing to share what their organisation does and/or their thoughts and ideas on best practice?
Do you have someone in post who just manages Outreach? If so what is their position and do they have other roles under their remit or is it purely just Outreach? Does this person also deliver Outreach sessions?
Anything you're willing to share would be appreciated and I'd be happy to collate and share with those who are interested.
kind regards
Jenny
