Apparently 66 people feel that sexism, misrepresentation, etc. are problems on this list. However, despite that reasonably clear mandate to speak up, there have been no recent postings on such issues.
Might we therefore wonder whether the poll responders actually have nothing themselves to say, but are instead just expressing interest in reading what others might have to say? That would demonstrate open-minded hope for the future rather than stinging rebuke for the past.
As for power, perhaps that is part of the wider discussion of tenure. Those of us lucky enough to have permanent employment are clearly relatively immune to criticism, not to mention better equipped with spare time to use for crafting posts that we hope will annoy senior Professors.

Did you see what happened there?
An Assistant Professor posts a comment beginning:
"It is interesting to see how power is used in this list."
And immediately gets a bullying response from one of the more powerful, senior Professors!
