The speakers at the seminar are Maurice Wren, Chief Executive of the Refugee Council and Naoko Hashimoto Research Associate of the Refugee Law Initiative, University of London, with the event chaired by Matthew Gibney, Professor of Politics and Forced Migration at the University of Oxford and Director of the Refugee Studies Centre.
