Hello,
Here is a document containing all of the info and resources that people told me about. I've tried to include everything, but got rather a large number of emails so if I've missed something you said out - sorry, it wasn't intentional!
I'd wanted to do it as a Google Drive file which people could add to, but that doesn't seem to be working, so here it is a Word document and a PDF version of the same thing.
I hope that you find the resources helpful - please do have a look as there's bound to be something listed which you aren't aware of.
3 things I learnt
1. I now know that it will be Museums and Wellbeing Week from the 12th-18th of March, with some great activities happening - and hopefully if that's news to anyone else, you might be able to get involved too!)(https://museumsandwellbeingalliance.wordpress.com/news/)
2. Organisations and individuals can do something called Mental Health First Aid training which sounds really good. Learning to "identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. MHFA won’t teach you to be a therapist, but it will teach you to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis – and even potentially stop a crisis from happening." (https://mhfaengland.org/individuals/adult/)
3. I also now know that this a wonderfully supportive community. Not everyone will be comfortable talking publicly about their experiences, but if you're suffering in silence and feeling alone, I guarantee you're not.
Thanks,
Emma
