To support the digital transformation of our company, our brand and the
entire marketing mix, we are hiring a creative and entrepreneurial

*Vice President Brand Marketing (m/f)*

who will report directly to a Member of the Executive Leadership Team.
(S)he will lead the development of our future branding and brand
architecture derived from GfK corporate vision and bring it to life. S(he)
will build on our product roadmap to develop a digitized marketing and
communications strategy and translate it into a pragmatic marketing and
publishing plan. (S)he will oversee the restructuring of our international
marketing team and implement all the required adjustments to focus our
client activities on achieving measurable impact.

Responsibilities:
Act as role model for applied customer centric management, and become a
passionate ambassador of the GfK brand
Be a pragmatic, humble leader who builds true marketing capability and
agility within our global team
Oversee concepts and editorial plans for effective client, social media,
and expert press communication synchronized across all channels
Expand SEO/SEM, professionalize our social media channels and rebuild our
digital frontends
Evaluate current CMS and brand asset management toolkits/processes
Initiate and develop new client and product campaign concepts
Identify and implement process efficiency potentials and cost saving
measures where appropriate
Restructure current agency relationships and evaluate in-house creative
production.

Requirements

Qualifications and experience:
15 + years’ experience in international/global and hands-on marketing roles
Successes in building, leading and developing a sizeable team
Exceptional judgement and a sense for content creation, social publishing
and visual design
Good understanding of SEO/SEM and digital marketing channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
Experience in developing and implementing trade shows and events
Ideally you started your career with a blue-chip marketing corporate, but
then moved into a much more Tech or Digital environment
You do not need to speak German; our company language is English.
