I'm late to this one, sorry.

Do contact the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge and ask about their work with
people living with dementia and their carers.

On a wider EU (while it's still here...) basis do try contacting the Museum of
Modern Art in Rome as they have had an excellent, academically-researched,
project for adults living with dementia and their carers (they even evaluated
the impact on the doctors and other medical support staff for these people.

And finally, Den Gamle By in Aarhus ("in the middle of our street". Sorry,
couldn't resist...), Denmark. Wonderful long-term project:

which I note is being taken up by Beamish too!
