Hi,
I renamed /opt/local and the error still occurred. I assume that it's something strange and specific to my computer that got mangled when I went from OSX10.9 to 10.10.
I don't know if you have any thoughts on this error: I looked back at the self-compiled version, and if I comment out 'export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH="/opt/local/lib"' in bin/analysis2.4, it runs. But when I open a spectra window, it is blank and the following is printed:
