Dear Wayne
I finally figured out how to trigger this bug I mentioned in this post in 2013
"Otherwise I cannot see how to reassign this region (without doing it manually) as it does not appear in the Sequence Location region (in fact I wonder if this is a bug, sometimes a run of sequentially linked spin systems never appears in the "Sequence Locations", not even with a really low score.) "
The bug results in the "Sequence Locations" bit being empty for previously linked/assigned spins.
It is triggered if you save and close a project with the "Protein Sequence Assignment" window open. In this case, when you reopen the project, the Sequence Locations will be empty for already assigned peaks and only work for peaks that havent been assigned.
However, If you close the "Protein Sequence Assignment" window before Save & Quit, and then reopen it in the new session it works fine (suggesting its a timing issue?)
Interestingly, if you save with it open, even if you close and reopen the "Protein Sequence Assignment" window in the new session it will not refresh (suggesting some state gets saved).
Hope that makes sense
Ben
