I’m not sure what claim you are making. Is this being measured by number of employed people, number of job titles, number of faculty, number of students, number of degree programs, total effect on GNPs, combine weight of related employees, number of business cards printed, number of named sub-fields, number of. . . ?
What is the measurable nature of said cluster that "art and design" is 5% of?
