Dear Carlos,
I'm not sure that the visualization of "hidden layers" in neural networks
is really the way "hidden layers" of neural networks are really working.
But I’m not qualified to asseverate this. One thing I know for sure is that
the apparent similitude with Dali's or Van Gogh's paintings is only
apparent and worthless in terms of "Art" regarding the Artistic aspects of
Van Gogh's or Dali's works.
For me it is the same thing as saying: Did you notice that the sentence
"Eduardo masticates square cucumbers” is similar to E=mc2 and this could be
interesting in terms of communication and Physics?
We have to respect Artists the way we respect Physicists.
:0)
Best,
Eduardo
