No, it's not you - there's something broken in the LC mail archive
(which looks like something out of about 1995). Here they are recovered
from my trash: (BTW, Richard Fritz is the person who is creating the
editing system for RDA - called RIMMF)

For now, I would just curl the file using the restful url
