Carlos,
I have to plead ignorance. I don't know what design methods are supported by research, I don't know what a design method being supported by research really means, and I'm not even sure what "design methods" means. The specific list you gave left me more doubtful about the value of design methods as you mean and also less sure how to define the phrase.
Do we teach specific procedures for designing? Sure. Starting with our first graphic design class (taught in the fall of their second year after the foundations year shared by all art students)-- see http://myweb.ecu.edu/graphicdesign/2200/--we teach procedures for getting ideas and expanding possibilities. Here are some: http://myweb.ecu.edu/graphicdesign/2200/PDFs/ImageDevelopment.pdf
Are those "design methods" in the sense you mean? We teach various information gathering methods leading to designing. Is, say, card sorting a "design method" in the sense you mean or is it a design tool or a pre-design method or is it something else?
Since you provided a list of design methods that don't seem applicable to the sort of design we teach but haven't mentioned any that you think would be applicable, I'm really not able to answer your question (or even really understand what the question means.)
