Just wanted to add, here is the command which was ran:
mpiexec -n 5 `which relion_refine_mpi` --o Refine3D_JustSumms/Movierun1_ct17 --continue Refine3D_JustSumms/run2_ct16_it017_optimiser.star --oversampling 1 --healpix_order 2 --auto_local_healpix_order 4 --offset_range 5 --offset_step 2 --realign_movie_frames SelectedMovieFrames.star --movie_frames_running_avg 7 --sigma_off 1 --skip_rotate --skip_maximize --j 4
The _optimiser file references this data file:
_rlnExperimentalDataStarFile Refine3D_JustSumms/run2_ct16_it017_data.star
And that file contains all the proper information, here is the header from it:
data_images

_rlnDefocusV #3
_rlnDefocusAngle #4

_rlnMaxValueProbDistribution #25
What I am trying to say is that it doesn't seem like this is a simple case of not having the right star file in the directory, at least all the files which are referenced seem to exist and contain the right info.
Thanks,
Klim
