Hi Sjors,
just wanted to follow up, could you please let me know, if not processing from scratch, what files do I need to have for proper movie extraction?
I estimated and processed the data set on binned images(2.4A/pix rather than 1.2A/pix), and it is quite a large set, so, I don't want to re-run the CTFFIND on the unbinned set(my understanding is that I won't gain anything from going to 1.2A/pix in terms of CTF accuracy). I was able to box out particles in the un-binned set and run refinements on the stack sums(feeding in CTF parameters estimated from the binned set), so, I have the parameter files for refinements with the CTF, angles, translations, probabilities, etc for each particle out of the summed, unbinned stacks.
I also have the micrographs_ctf.star which has the list of all the micrographs with the proper ctf/microscope parameters(which I used to box particles out of the unbinned stack sums). In my Micrographs folder, I have stack sum, actual movie stack and a coordinate file(.box) for each image.
Do I need .txt or .log files for the CTF for each micrograph? And again, having all the parameters in the micrographs_ctf.star file is not enough, you actually have to have all the raw CTF output files?
Thanks again,
Klim
