Hi,
I was performing the movie expansion as described in the tutorial but ran into the problem. Relion reports that there are no CTF values found in the star file. I have looked in the resulting _data.star file for the movie iteration, and there are no defocus values in it. However, the defocus parameters are present in the _data.star file(non movie) which is corresponding to the _optimser.star file from which I continued the run for movie expansion.
Here is the exact error message:
CTF::initialise: ERROR: CTF initialises to all-zero values. Was a correct STAR file provided?

Here are the contents of the .out file:

Here is the header for the _data.star file for the movie iteration:

Are there supposed to be defocus values present in the _data.star file for the movie frames? If so, what could cause for them not to be written there?
Thanks,
Klim
