Hello Yune,
it is frustratingly painful to make Matlab try to save a figure as you
see it on the screen. I have tried, but it looks like I have failed
(although I have never seen it fail like that). A couple of things that
I do not know: do the figures themselves look ok? Do you have the most
recent version of the LI toolbox? What Matlab / Spm version are you
using? Does the LI_Masking.ps look ok?
If all looks good, you could search through the code of LI_boot.m to
look for an option to additionally save to png-files (around line 1027),
which is disabled by default but can easily be uncommented. Also,
depending on your matlab version, you could try modifying the file to
use savefig (potentially with the 'compact' switch) instead of print,
which may be a nice alternative.
Cheers,
Marko
