Barbara,
you're welcome. One thing to remember, by the way, when you are
de-normalizing masks: make sure they are indeed binary (if you want them
to be, which I do not know) after transforming to native space.
Interpolation may introduce values other than 0 and 1 into a hitherto
binary image, and this may not be what you want.
