first, happy new year to everyone on the list who celebrates it :)
I am also not entirely sure what the problem is but I think it would be
good to know more about how exactly you processed the data, i.e., at
what stage did you use the mask? Is this whole-brain data that you only
mask at the results stage? What does the mask.img image look like, and
the results without the mask? If you run 2 unidrectional T-tests, can
you tell if this is only a problem in one of them, or does it occur in
both (in different places, naturally)?
